Tertiary Education

World Vision Hong Kong partners with universities and tertiary institutions to inspire the next generation of global citizens. For students seeking practical experience, our Global Citizen Internship Programme offers an immersive opportunity to contribute to fundraising and public education. For academic partners, we collaborate on tailored seminars, workshops, and project-based initiatives that integrate global issues into your curriculum.

Seminars and Workshops for Tertiary Students

We also offer in-person seminars and workshops (60-90 mins) to deepen students' understanding of global poverty through immersive simulations. Topics include Climate Change, Water Resources, and War and Peace.

University Partnership Initiatives

Beyond our Internship Programme, we collaborate with institutions to co-create learning experiences. These initiatives enhance courses with global citizenship, international issues, and sustainability themes through student-led projects and workshops.

The University of Hong Kong

Since 2016, in partnership with HKU's Faculty of Education, 1-week and 5-week internship programmes have been held annually in March and October, offering students hands-on experience in international organisations, school lectures, and student activity planning.

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University

Since 2023, in partnership with the Student Affairs Office, the "EAGLE Global Youth Leadership Programme" has organised educational trips to Kathmandu, Nepal. This initiative allows university and secondary students to design sustainable, eco-friendly learning environments for communities in which World Vision serves.
