Temporary Assistant Donor Services Officer (3-month)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of communication materials for campaigns, including project closure and Christmas Bounceback initiatives.
  • Contribute to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of child letters (both paper and digital) by supporting content reviews, checking for accuracy and consistency, to ensure a positive donor experience.
  • Provide support in liaising with Field Offices on reporting and correspondence matters.
  • Assist in monitoring Field Office performance in donor-related communications and provide support to drive continuous quality improvements.
  • Support the coordination and handling of overseas mailing of sponsor letters and gifts


Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with a background in communications or language-based discipline preferred
  • Candidates with less experience, including fresh graduates, will be considered
  • High proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, well-organized, high awareness with accuracy and efficiency and able to work independently
  • A good team-player with good sense of responsibility
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data processing
