Senior Marketing Officer (Based in Macau)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated fundraising campaigns in Macau to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new fundraising opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and pilot initiatives.
  • Evaluate and develop effective fundraising channels, partnerships, and engagement formats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials and tailored messaging to engage target audiences.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and reporting to ensure efficiency and accountability.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in fundraising to drive innovation.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic environment.


Job Requirements:

  • Passion for serving vulnerable children and communities, with alignment to World Vision’s mission and values.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing; experience in fundraising or donor engagement is an advantage.
  • Digital marketing and social media campaign experience is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the Macau market and local audience behavior.
  • Creative, proactive, and well-organized, with strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, including presentation and storytelling abilities.
  • Willingness to work outdoors, travel, and work on weekends or public holidays when required.
  • Experience in the social services or non-profit sector is highly preferred.
