Senior Digital Marketing Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Align digital marketing initiatives with overall fundraising goals, ensuring fundraising campaigns directly support donor acquisition, recurrent pledge growth, and income generation.
  • Design, launch, and optimize digital fundraising campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Produce and design compelling digital content (visuals, graphics, videos, copywriting) tailored for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels to drive awareness and acquisition
  • Use creative tools to produce campaign-ready materials that drive engagement and acquisition.
  • Actively identify, engage, and manage KOLs and influencers to amplify campaign reach and generate public attention for donation appeals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, donor acquisition funnels, and pledge conversion rates. Provide insights to prioritizing investments that yield measurable fundraising outcomes.
  • Map and refine digital donor journeys from awareness to pledge conversion, ensuring seamless experiences that encourage long-term commitment.
  • Design campaigns that connect digital engagement with offline events or activities, and then re-engage audiences online to sustain momentum and drive donations.
  • Collaborate across departments to integrate digital campaigns with offline initiatives, ensuring cohesive messaging and greater fundraising impact.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrates passion to serve the needy and commitment to humanitarian causes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fundraising or NGO context.
  • Proven success in leveraging digital channels to drive donor acquisition and fundraising income, with strong results in recurrent pledge campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of established platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube) and emerging channels, with ability to adapt strategies across diverse audiences.
  • Ability to craft engaging narratives that resonate emotionally with donors, translating organizational impact into compelling digital content.
  • Skilled in using design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software) to produce professional, campaign-ready materials.
  • Track record of building partnerships with influencers/KOLs to amplify fundraising campaigns and generate public attention.
  • Skilled in campaign analytics, donor segmentation, and performance optimization using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and fundraising objectives.
