Marketing Officer (Child Sponsorship)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, liaise and conduct promotion activities for Child Sponsorship acquisition through outdoor activities and telemarketing
  • Supervise temporary staff and volunteers to promote Child Sponsorship
  • Explore channels for inserts, flyers and advertisements
  • Support Marketing campaigns and administrative duties when needed

Job Requirements:

  • A strong passion for serving the poor and needy
  • Recognized Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent qualification
  • With at least 3 years related experience in sales capacity. Experience of working in outdoor promotion is definitely an advantage
  • May need to work occasionally on weekends and public holidays
  • Pleasant, self-motivated and enjoy getting in touch with people
  • Good team player with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English including Mandarin
  • On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidate with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
