Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and formulate marketing plan for our key fundraising product 
  • Manage all marketing activities to achieve the yearly target
  • Lead and coach the marketing team to execute the integrated ALT, digital and PR programs professionally
  • Explore the opportunities to collaborate with external parties to promote Child Sponsorship or other fundraising events

Job Requirements:

  • A strong passion for serving the poor and needy 
  • Bachelor degree or above in marketing or related field
  • At least 10 years’ experience in sales and Marketing, preferable with B2C experience 
  • Proven leadership role in brand management or strategic marketing, exposure to fundraising is a plus
  • Knowledge on online/digital marketing, ideally with project management experience but is not a must
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • On renewable contract term for the initial two years.  Candidates with good performance might have chance to convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
