Donor Services Officer (Donor Relations)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle mass update of donor and child information in CRM system
• Prepare notification letter on the information update
• Assist section supervisor in quality review on child data
• Liaise with overseas offices on data discrepancy follow-up
  

Job Requirements:

• Post secondary or above, preferably with working experience in administration support or customer services
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Detail-minded, high quality awareness with accuracy and efficiency
• With strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently
• On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
  
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Donor Services Officer
