Donor Services Officer (Donation Processing)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle donation transactions processing
  • Prepare receipts issuance
  • Input and update information of donors and donation records
  • Conduct follow-up calls with donors when necessary
  • Provide clerical support to Donation Processing Department

Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary or above with at least 3 years working experience, preferably in administrative support or customer services
  • Detail-minded, high quality awareness with accuracy and efficiency.
    Proficiency in MS Excel
  • On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
