Donor Services Officer (Donation Processing)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Donation handling: donor record, donation transaction, bank file processing (if any) and receipting
  • Pledge handling: sponsored children information preparation and new assignment follow-up
  • Donor contact: issue letter and make outbound calls if necessary
  • Administrative support: filing documents, mail sorting or other clerical support
  • Other support: assist on quality control, work flow enhancement, emergency support when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Post secondary or above with at least 3 years work experience, preferably in data management, use of spreadsheets, customer services and/or operation support.
  • Well organized, detail-minded, independent and good interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Donor Services Officer
