Join World Vision to Help Needy Children

As a child-focused Christian humanitarian organization, World Vision Hong Kong is committed to working to create lasting change in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty. We serve the poor as a demonstration of God's unconditional love for all people regardless of religion, race, ethnicity or gender.  At present, World Vision Hong Kong and its partnership offices are working in nearly 100 countries.

Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization and its strategies in delivering the organization’s ministry for bringing brighter futures to vulnerable children. Individuals who have a Christian calling to serve the poorest and save lives of children around the world are invited to apply. The candidate will need to demonstrate commitment to the mission and vision of World Vision Hong Kong and strong abilities in raising resources and building a broader base of influencers to join our cause in alleviating poverty.

Demonstrating executive competency, the candidate should be a leader of vision and integrity, be able to unleash potential of the team and to cultivate relationships and credibility with external stakeholders such as donors, community leaders, churches and the Government. Degree holders with extensive leadership experience in multi-cultural environment and with fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua are highly desirable. The CEO will need to travel for field project visits.
