Assistant Donor Services Officer (Customer Service)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to donors to enhance donor retention and engagement.
  • Build and maintain positive donor relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Handle donor enquiries and provide appropriate solutions through phone and and other channels, including mail, email, SMS, and digital platforms, as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Escalate donor feedback and concerns to supervisors for service improvement.
  • Support donor retention campaigns and other donor engagement initiatives as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: post-secondary education.
  • Working Experience: at least 3 years experience, preferably in customer services.
  • Good command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to resolve donor enquiries with strong problem solving & communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
