May 12th marks the third anniversary of the Sichuan earthquake. Over the past three years, World Vision has been walking side by side with quake survivors by helping them restore their normal lives.

Thanks to your generous support, World Vision has been able to consistently carry out rehabilitation work in the quake-stricken areas. Not only does our work help rebuild buildings and roads, it also restores survivors’ confidence towards their lives and the future.

Funds Allocation

Since 2008, World Vision has been implementing various relief and rehabilitaiton projects across the provinces of Sichuan, Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia, benefiting over 2.2 million people. The following are our programme highlights:

Please continue to support children in need

The road to rehabilitation is still a long one for the survivors in Sichuan. Thanks to donors’ support, World Vision is able to stand by these children and continue to carry out various rehabilitation projects in the affected areas. But in the mainland and many poor countries around the world, poor children are still in dire need as they often fail to obtain even basic daily necessities.

Please sponsor a child today or join us to become a World Vision China Partner, to continuously support children in need, help their families become self-reliant, and to improve the living condition of communities as a whole!
