Procedures

You can register through the following ways:

• Online registration
  

  (For online credit card payment only)

• Download written registration form
  

  (For crossed cheque or credit card payment)

Choose a donation method after registration:

• Online credit card payment(For online registrants only)
• Crossed cheque by mail (For registrants using written forms)
• Credit card payment by mail (For registrants using written forms)

Upon the receipt of donation, we will contact you by phone or email within 7 working days to confirm donor details.

After donor details have been confirmed, the production of greeting postcards (stamp included) or calendar cards should complete in 4 weeks. Click here for stamp templates and samples。

1. Self pick-up
   Pick up the final products at World Vision office.
2. Delivery
   Delivery of the final products, to the delivery address specified by respective donors, will be arranged by World Vision; delivery charge to be settled upon receipt by donors. World Vision will not be liable for any delays, damage or lost for causes beyond its control.
