Assistant Donor Services Officer (Reporting and Communications)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Translate correspondences for child sponsors
  • Administer the mass mailing of sponsors’ and children’s correspondences
  • Check the quality of children's videos and correspondences
  • Liaise with overseas field offices on the handling of correspondences
  • Co-ordinate with volunteers and oversee their translation work
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Donor Relations Department

Job Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with 1-3 years of working experience in translation or administration
  • Proficiency in written Chinese and English
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, meticulous, and good communication skills
  • On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
