Donor Services Officer (Reporting and Communications)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write and translate communication materials, and work with design team on production matters
  • Review and edit child reports and other key correspondences in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with overseas offices on the submission of child letters, photos/videos
  • Assist supervisor to implement new communication initiatives for donors
  • Prepare written replies to donor enquiries

Job 
Requirements:

  • University graduate with a background in writing and publishing is preferred
  • High proficiency in written Chinese and English
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently
  • Suitable candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Donor Services Officer
  • On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
