  1. Job responsibilities:

  2. Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage the HR & Admin Department and focus on building required competencies, skills and motivation for implementing organizational strategy
    • Ensure HR and Office Admin functions are properly delivered to address legal requirements and business needs
    • Develop and implement strategies and plans to strengthen human resources capacity and sustainability
    • Lead ongoing review and implementation of rigorous HR and Office Admin work processes and procedures for enhancing organizational effectiveness and efficiency


    Requirements & Key Competencies:

    • University degree holder in Human Resources Management with at least 10 years of relevant working experience
    • Thorough understanding of HR and Office Admin areas, with hands-on management experience in the profession
    • Experience in premises management is an advantage
    • Ability to be a change agent that can facilitate organization transformation
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Excellent English and Chinese language skills

  3. Job Responsibilities:

    • Lead the media & public relations to maintain a good reputation as the voice of the poor in the public
    • Assist the department head to enhance the organisation's media and public exposure
    • Handle media enquiries and monitor with special attention to natural disasters and potential media crisis
    • Take initiative to enhance overall organisation communications quality and effectiveness


    Job Requirements and Key Competencies:

    • Degree holder in Public Relations, Marketing Communications, Journalism or a related discipline
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience primarily in public relations related areas
    • Experience in dealing with the media, government departments and community organisation is an advantage
    • Outstanding written and spoken communications skills in English and Chinese
    • Strong passion to serve the poor, especially the children
    • Outgoing and have good inter-personal skills

  4. Job Responsibilities:

    • Support fundraising business planning & analytics and prepare business report
    • Plan & implement acquisition program via direct response channels (F2F, TM) and monitor channel effectiveness for Child Sponsorship Program
    • Coordinate and manage the web enhancement project with IT and other users so as to improve online fundraising transaction experience
    • Explore the application of global team's marketing initiatives and assist the formulation & implementation of fundraising marketing strategies and action plans 
    • Support special projects when needed


    Job Requirements and Key Competencies:

    • Degree holder with more than 6 years experience, preferably in sales & marketing
    • Strong organization and communication skills, self-motivated and detail-oriented
    • Sound knowledge of data analytic and evaluation
    • Relevant experience in CRM and web management
    • Fluent in both English and Chinese

  5. Job Responsibilities

    • Lead/support various fundraising campaign, including both monthly and one-off donation projects
    • Develop campaign ideas and prepare proposal and budget
    • Prepare job brief and work with internal/external partners on implementation of online/offline promotion and relevant materials
    • Monitor campaign performance and prepare evaluation
    • Explore new external partners and cost sponsorship
    • Regular monitoring and analysis on fundraising market environment
    • Support and monitor the implementation of digital marketing activities

    Job Requirements

    • Degree holder with more than 5 years experience, preferably in sales & marketing, experience in a non-profit organization / fundraising is an advantage
    • Relevant experience in digital marketing by using Google Adwords, facebook Ads manager etc and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, tag manager
    • Strong organization and communication skills, self-motivated and detail-oriented
    • Fluent in both English and Chinese

    • Promote Child Sponsorship Program through outdoor counters and outbound calls
    • Pleasant, sincere and self-motivated;willing to get touch with people;fluent in verbal communication
    • Willing to work in weekends and public holidays
  6. Job Responsibilities:

    • Produce quality copy writing especially on child-focused content
    • Craft creative concept development on promotional content base on marketing campaigns or initiatives
    • To develop and edit content/copy for online/offline communications
    • Perform quality control on all communications materials and content distribution related to child sponsorship
    • Work with marketing department to ensure content for internal and external communications are published in the right channels
    • Assist digital communication team to plan and implement of digital marketing communication/programs to build brand awareness and improve conversion rate, especially for child sponsorship

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree holder in Languages / Communications / Marketing or related discipline
    • 3 years plus experience in Chinese communications and copywriting
    • Strong editing and proofreading skills
    • Excellent Chinese writing skills with creative mindset is a must
    • Good communication skills and eye for details
    • Able to work in a team / independently
    • Hard-working, fast learner, detail-minded and self-motivate
    • Strong passion to serve the poor, especially the children

  7. Job Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute all promotion collaterals, event and exhibition materials specification and production schedule with marketing and event teams
    • Identify potential production houses and as a coordinator between the vendors and user departments on the delivery of the materials
    • Vendors liaison and translate the user departments' request into a written and detailed quotation format by the vendors
    • Define, control, monitor and manage the inspection and quality of all promotional items and events set-up and monitor throughout the production process
    • Steam-line and consolidate information across all user departments to ensure clear and comprehensive direction can be delivered to the designers

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree Holder in Marketing / Communications / Advertising / Business / Design disciplines
    • 3 years plus experience in media, advertising, public relations, or design consultancy firm
    • Knowledge in CI management and experience in account servicing is highly prefer
    • A good team player
    • Good communications and interpersonal skill
    • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
    • Understand the operation of in-house agency and knowledge in design and graphic software such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop will be an advantage

  8. Job Responsibilities

    • Work with team member to coordinate and conduct outdoor promotion activities for child sponsor acquisition
    • Manage and conduct telemarketing to approach potential child sponsor
    • Handle internal administration work
    • Support fundraising promotion activities when needed

    Job Requirements

    • Recognized higher diploma, associate degree or equivalent qualification
    • With 3 years related experience in sales capacity, experience of working outdoor promotion is an advantage
    • Experience in providing administrative support to the team
    • Pleasant, self-motivated, willing to get in touch with people
    • Flexible and patient, able to work well in a team environment
    • Good verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
    • Good command of Chinese and English
    • Willing to work in outdoor setting and in weekends and public holidays
    • Communicate with overseas offices (by email / phone) to follow up different requests and provide accurate information to our donors
    • Handle requests or enquiries of our donors (reply by phone / writing)
    • Post-secondary education with at least 2 years related customer services experience with overseas partners
    • Customer-oriented with good communication skills
    • Good command of English & Chinese, with problem solving /analytical skills
    • Able to work independently under pressure

    • Provide customer services and handle outbound / inbound calls to donors
    • Post-secondary education with customer services / call center working experience preferable
    • Customer-oriented with good telephone manner
