Every year, World Vision holds various fundraising and educational activities. We look forward to the support of local organisations through their assistance in promotion, sponsorship, fundraising or encouraging staff to volunteer.

We invite the staff of businesses and organisations, together with their friends and family, to participate in the Spring Charity Barefoot Walk for Children, which will be held at the Clearwater Bay Golf and Country Club. We can celebrate Chinese New Year and at the same time raise funds for hungry children through this charity walk.

Businesses and organisations can encourage staff to skip one meal or have a simple meal to show solidarity with hungry children, and to raise funds for World Vision's food security projects and development programmes. Through ‘skip a meal’, everyone can demonstrate the meaning of corporate social responsibility.

Every summer holiday, World Vision holds the Used Book Recycling Campaign to encourage the general public to buy used books in support of World Vision's work in China – it is one of the largest campaigns in Hong Kong of its kind.
