Supporter Tours

World Vision organises supporter tours regularly to enable donors to see our work in the communities we support, and learn more about the needs of local people. We will try our best to arrange for you to visit your sponsored child and his/her community if a tour is organised.

Self-guided Visit (for countries other than China)

A self-guided visit to your sponsored child can be arranged through our offices worldwide. However, in accordance with the policy of our China office, a sponsor may visit his/her child only through supporter tours organised by our offices.

You are advised to notify us at least two months prior to your departure to allow for suitable arrangements with the field office for your visit. It is because sponsored children usually live in remote areas with limited communication network. It takes time for us to coordinate with the field office to ensure your safety.
