  1. Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage the HR & Admin Department and focus on building required competencies, skills and motivation for implementing organizational strategy
    • Ensure HR and Office Admin functions are properly delivered to address legal requirements and business needs
    • Develop and implement strategies and plans to strengthen human resources capacity and sustainability
    • Lead ongoing review and implementation of rigorous HR and Office Admin work processes and procedures for enhancing organizational effectiveness and efficiency


    Requirements & Key Competencies:

    • University degree holder in Human Resources Management with at least 10 years of relevant working experience
    • Thorough understanding of HR and Office Admin areas, with hands-on management experience in the profession
    • Experience in premises management is an advantage
    • Ability to be a change agent that can facilitate organization transformation
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Excellent English and Chinese language skills
    • On renewable contract term
  2. Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage CEO's calendar for internal and external meetings and prioritize conflicting needs
    • Prepare correspondence, reports and presentation materials for executive meetings and public talks
    • Handle travel arrangements and guest hospitality duties
    • Maintain excellent external relations with celebrities and supporters


    Job Requirements and Key Competencies:

    • University graduate with 6 years relevant working experience in supporting senior executives
    • Excellent English and Chinese communications skills, both written and spoken
    • Detail minded, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese typing
    • Interested in photo and video shooting would be an advantage, but not a must
    • With passion to serve the poor and needy
    • On renewable contract term
  3. Job Responsibilities:

    • Lead the media relations to maintain a good reputation as the voice of the poor in the public
    • Drive the media relations function and media strategy to enhance exposure in the public
    • Media enquiry handling and monitoring to respond to media enquiries promptly, with special attention to natural disasters and potential media crisis
    • Initiative to enhance overall organisation communications quality and effectiveness


    Job Requirements and Key Competencies:

    • Degree holder in Public Relations, Marketing Communications, Journalism or a related discipline
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience primarily in public relations related areas, with PR agency background is a plus
    • Substantial experience in dealing with the media
    • Outstanding written and spoken communications skills in English and Chinese
    • Strong passion to serve the poor, especially the children
    • Outgoing and have good inter-personal skills
    • On renewable contract term
  4. Job Responsibilities:

    • Lead Child Sponsorship (CS) (助養兒童計劃) projects
    • Assist the manager in driving CS acquisition and retention programmes, execute above-the-line and below-the-line promotion
    • Explore new channels and opportunities for CS promotion, including social media and online marketing
    • Manage the sponsor life cycle including communications and reporting
    • Conduct research and survey on selected topics and area
    • Support special projects when needed


    Job Requirements and Key Competencies:

    • Degree holder with more than 4 years experience, preferably in sales & marketing
    • Relevant experience in CRM or digital marketing
    • Strong passion to serve the poor, especially the children
    • Fluent in English and Cantonese
    • On renewable contract term
  5. Job Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate Used Book Campaign and its fundraising and operation
    • Responsible for the Recruitment and Promotion of 30 HF and Barefoot Walk
    • Secure all outdoor promotional channel such as MTR, bus body, tram stop, billboard and etc.
    • Coordinate the production of marketing materials and webpage development with support of Communications and IT department
    • Support press events and outdoor promotion for relief and other fundraising activities
    • Support marketing activities of other marketing teams when required
    • Develop the Annual Plan of Used Book, and Recruitment and Promotion Plan of 30 HF


    Requirements & Key Competencies:

    • Degree holder in marketing or related disciplines
    • With at least 5 years marketing or event management experience
    • A strong passion to serve the poor and needy
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detailed minded, well organized and self-motivated
    • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
    • On renewable contract term
    • Promote Child Sponsorship Program through outdoor counters and outbound calls
    • Pleasant, sincere and self-motivated;willing to get touch with people;fluent in verbal communication
    • Willing to work in weekends and public holidays
    • Provide customer services and handle outbound / inbound calls to donors
    • Post-secondary education with customer services / call center working experience preferable
    • Customer-oriented with good telephone manner
    • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
    • Detail-minded and well-organized
    • On renewable contract term
    • Candidate with more experience would be considered as Donor Services Officer
