  2. The Marketing & Education Director is responsible for overseeing and managing key functions in the organization, including Marketing, Public Education and Corporate Communications. This role holds ultimate responsibility for the organizations’ fundraising activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Oversee Marketing, Public Education and Communications Departments
    • Responsible for the fundraising results and the quality of external communications in both marketing & corporate functions
    • Lead and manage the day-to-day fundraising activities and marketing promotion programs of the Marketing department
    • Lead the Public Education Department to arouse the awareness of world poverty issues through education sectors and churches
    • Explore possibilities for initiatives in fundraising, public relations and educational campaigns

  3. Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop strategies and implement integrated marketing activities in order to achieve income from fundraising products, and corporate/major donors.
    • Identify, build and manage the relationship with corporate donors, major donors and other working partners to optimize available opportunities.
    • Manage the planning process of annual strategic and operation plan for the team.
    • Steer the fundraising activities to cope with the changing market environment.
    • Leverage the new tools, e.g. social media, new TV channels to achieve the business growth.
    • Supervise the team and ensure all fundraising activities are handled professionally
      Oversee budgets and costing for fundraising activities.

    Job Requirements & Key Competencies:

    • Bachelor degree or above in marketing or related field.
    • At least 8 years experience in marketing, account servicing and management, exposure to fundraising is a plus.
    • Proven track record in achieving business results.
    • Strong relationship building capability.
    • Strong analytical ability in evaluating results and recommending changes to strategies.
    • Strong marketing sense and performance driven.

  4. Job Responsibilities:

    • Support fundraising business planning & analytics and prepare business report
    • Plan & implement acquisition program via direct response channels (F2F, TM) and monitor channel effectiveness for Child Sponsorship Program
    • Coordinate and manage the web enhancement project with IT and other users so as to improve online fundraising transaction experience
    • Explore the application of global team's marketing initiatives and assist the formulation & implementation of fundraising marketing strategies and action plans 
    • Support special projects when needed

    • Degree holder with more than 6 years experience, preferably in sales & marketing

  5. Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage the HR & Admin Department and focus on building required competencies, skills and motivation for implementing organizational strategy
    • Ensure HR and Office Admin functions are properly delivered to address legal requirements and business needs
    • Develop and implement strategies and plans to strengthen human resources capacity and sustainability
    • Lead ongoing review and implementation of rigorous HR and Office Admin work processes and procedures for enhancing organizational effectiveness and efficiency

    Requirements & Key Competencies:

    • University degree holder in Human Resources Management with at least 10 years of relevant working experience
    • Thorough understanding of HR and Office Admin areas, with hands-on management experience in the profession
    • Experience in premises management is an advantage

  6. Job Responsibilities:

    • Lead the media & public relations to maintain a good reputation as the voice of the poor in the public
    • Assist the department head to enhance the organisation's media and public exposure
    • Handle media enquiries and monitor with special attention to natural disasters and potential media crisis
    • Take initiative to enhance overall organisation communications quality and effectiveness

    Job Requirements and Key Competencies:

    • Degree holder in Public Relations, Marketing Communications, Journalism or a related discipline
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience primarily in public relations related areas
    • Experience in dealing with the media, government departments and community organisation is an advantage
    • Outstanding written and spoken communications skills in English and Chinese

  7. Job Responsibilities:

    • Produce quality copy writing especially on child-focused content
    • Craft creative concept development on promotional content base on marketing campaigns or initiatives
    • To develop and edit content/copy for online/offline communications
    • Perform quality control on all communications materials and content distribution related to child sponsorship
    • Work with marketing department to ensure content for internal and external communications are published in the right channels
    • Assist digital communication team to plan and implement of digital marketing communication/programs to build brand awareness and improve conversion rate, especially for child sponsorship

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree holder in Languages / Communications / Marketing or related discipline
    • 3 years plus experience in Chinese communications and copywriting
    • Strong editing and proofreading skills
    • Excellent Chinese writing skills with creative mindset is a must
    • Good communication skills and eye for details

    Position 1: Public Education Officer (Primary School)

    • Deliver talks, develop educational resources and simulation workshops for primary school students to develop their conviction in caring for the poor.
    • Design and implement large scale experiential activities.
    • Coach and supervise team members to ensure the provision of quality educational services and educational resources to primary schools and kindergartens.
    • At least 5 years of working experience in related profession.
    • A passion for children with confidence in delivering talks for large groups and to different student segments, and leading discussion, workshops and simulated activities among children.
    • Able to lead a small team; self-motivated and good attention to details.

    Position 2: Public Education Officer (Secondary School)

    • Deliver talks, develop educational resources and simulation workshops for secondary school students and international school students to develop their conviction in caring for the poor.
    • At least 3 years of working experience in related profession.
      Self-motivated and good attention to details.
    • Candidate with less experience can be considered for Assistant Public Education Officer.
    • Post-secondary education or above
    • Customer-oriented with good communication skills
    • Good command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken)

    Position 1: Donor Services Officer(DR)

    • To administer massive child information & data discrepancies with partnership officers
    • To handle donor's query/request with partnership offices, or vice versa
    • At least 5 years working experience, experience in customer services or sales administration with overseas partners will be preferred
    • High quality awareness with accuracy & efficiency, detail-minded, analytical, systematic & well-organised
    • Able to work independently and perform well under pressure
    • Candidate with less working experience but has potential to take up the tasks, we will consider to offer Assistant Donor Services Officer

    Position 2: Donor Services Officer(DP)

    • To provide quality services to our donors
    • To handle donation transactions and related support
    • To provide support in quality control and work flow enhancement
    • At least 3 years relevent working experience
    • Detail-minded with good problem solving skills
    • Post-secondary education or above
    • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese

    Position 1: Assistant Donor Services Officer (Sponsor Services)

    • Responsible for Communicating with overseas offices (by email / phone) to follow up different requests and providing accurate information to our donors
    • Handle requests or enquiries of our donors (reply by phone / writing)
    • At least 2 years related customer services experience with overseas partners
    • Customer-oriented with good communication skills
    • Good problem solving /analytical skills
    • Able to work independently and work under pressure

    Position 2: Assistant Donor Services Officer (Hotline)

    • Provide customer services and handle outbound / inbound calls to donors
    • Have customer services / call center working experience will be preferable
    • Customer-oriented with good telephone manner
    • Detail-minded and well-organized
