Strategy Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with World Vision International to ensure policy compliance and alignment with the global strategic direction
  • Enhance staff's understanding of  the Global strategy and update the management on new global initiative
  • Conduct market research, contribute analysis and ideas for the development of organizational strategy
  • Coordinate the process of formulating World Vision Hong Kong's strategic plans, prepare strategy papers and presentations
  • Monitor strategy and business plan implementation and advise on the follow up

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with proven experience in strategy development and implementation
  • Good knowledge of the charity business and market context is preferred
  • Strong analytical mind and research skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidate with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
