Senior Resource Development Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationship with new or existing corporations, foundations and major donors
• Identify and develop new collaboration opportunities for expanding the network with corporations
• Invite corporate events sponsorship & events participation from planning to execution
• Assist in the coordination of Skip-A-Meal campaign & other corporate events and functions
• Prepare proposal and reports, handle enquiries and other administration work

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with 6 years of fundraising, sales, accounts management, or CSR experience
• Proven track record in achieving business results and building relationship with corporate clients
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Good in liaison and relationship building
• A computer literate team player
• Work independent with minimum supervision
• Have business acumen to innovate and improve work efficiency
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
