Job Responsibilities:
Manage the HR & Administration Department, provide leadership in people acquisition & retention, culture development, volunteer management, office maintenance and administration
Job Requirements:
Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience, of which 5 years in leading teams
Previous HR experience in the NGO sector and premise management experience are highly preferred
Well versed with HK employment laws, knowledge of Macau employment laws is an added advantage
Solid experience in HRIS (MRC & Workday) is preferred
Strong people, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
A strong passion to serve the poor and needy
On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
