Finance Officer

Job Responsibilities:


  • Provide general accounting duties and administration support for Finance Department
  • Handling accounting operation matters and the corresponding accounting vouchers relating to donation income channels as assigned
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements as assigned
  • Documents and vouchers filing work and ensure they are in proper order
  • Assist in preparing regular financial reports and analysis
  • Prepare audit schedules for external audit purpose



Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred. Higher Diploma in accounting with LCCI Level II or above will also be considered
  • At least 2 years of working experience in accounting field
  • Fair comment of English writing skill
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams)
  • Responsible good team-player and attentive to details
  • On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business need
