Assistant Marketing Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist to drive Child Sponsorship program, especially Telemarketing and outdoor promotion
  • Explore new channels and opportunities for CS promotion
  • Support fundraising reporting and other reporting when needed
  • Assist in ad hoc projects assigned
Requirements:
  • A strong passion for serving the poor and needy
  • Recognized Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years' related experience in sales capacity, experience of working outdoor promotion is an advantage
  • Willing to work in outdoor settings in weekends or public holidays
  • Pleasant and self-motivated
  • Good teamwork with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • On renewable contract term for the initial two years.  Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
