Assistant Digital Communications Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Devise digital & social media strategies to achieve the organization's corporate branding, fundraising and advocacy objectives
  • Oversee the execution of online deliverables at the organization’s corporate website, social media and other digital platforms
  • Proactively stay on top of digital trends and news; supervise the regular monitoring and issue alerts of the organization’s social media platforms and other relevant online communities
  • Handle social media issues and crises, if needed
  • Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on regular basis, such as website traffic, social media performance, lead generation etc.
  • Lead and supervise the Digital Communication Team

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or related discipline
  • 8 years or above of relevant experience with some supervisory experience preferred
  • Proven capabilities of being strategic and creative in driving digital and social media campaigns and handling social media crises
  • Proven experience in data analytics, SEO, lead generation etc.
  • Good communication, collaboration and analytical skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business need
