Thank you for registering for Chosen™ and giving a child the opportunity to choose their future!
Please complete the form below and provide a recent photo of yourself or your family. The photo should clearly show your face, representing how you will appear when meeting the child for the first time at the "Choosing Party".
Photo Submission Guidelines:
1. Please provide a vertical portrait photo.
2. Photo file size should be 500 KB or above.
3. The person should take up approximately two-thirds of the frame.
4. Please #avoid using a plain white background or wearing a white 
shirt/clothing, as this may cause overexposure.
5. We encourage you to smile in your photo, as children are more likely to choose a sponsor who appears warm and approachable.

Your personal data will be kept strictly confidential by World Vision Hong Kong (WVHK) for communication purposes and handling sponsorship-related matter, and forwarded to service providers as needed for processing donation and sending receipts for WVHK. Child sponsors’ personal data will be transferred to World Vision overseas offices for sending documents related to the sponsored child.
