Senior Digital Communications Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute high-performing digital and social media strategies, including identifying goals and success metrics, planning, budgeting, creative development, content calendars and community management
  • Brief and work closely with content development team and/or external agencies on campaigns and creative assets to optimize the content
  • Drive analytics and share insights and feedbacks with content development and marketing teams
  • Monitor and evaluate of content consistently to ensure social media strategies are up to date, relevant and ahead of the curve
  • Develop all tracking, reporting and analytics to ensure all strategies are tracking against key goals and KPIs

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing related discipline
  • 5 years or above of relevant experience, prior experience in consumer-facing sector as an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of data analytics and insights, UTM tracking, CMS and EDM
  • Attention to details and ability to work under tight deadline
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business need
