Human Resources Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle staff compensation and benefits administration including payroll, MPF, medical and life insurance, attendance & leave management, tax filing, staff cost budgeting, salary and benefit review in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Prepare various HR statistical reports for management review
  • Collect market practice and survey on C&B for benchmarking
  • Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance to regulation & internal guidelines
  • Participate in other HR projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • 5 years or above of HR experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and related legislations
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business need
