Resource Development Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle (1) corporate Skip-A-Meal campaign, work closely with internal and external parties in (2) coordinating charity events, and (3) donation box placement arrangement; Assist in (4) promotional material and documentation support over caring-company nomination, project catalogue, microfinance donation, legacy giving, policy donation, with (5) related webpages updating; (6) other regular reporting; and other ad hoc assignments as arising

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years work experience preferably in marketing, fundraising or relevant
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written and oral (including Putonghua)
  • Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing, knowledge in content management system, and Power BI an advantage
  • Creative and good team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and able to work under pressure with good multitasking skills
