Head of HR & Administration
Job Responsibilities:

Manage the HR
& Administration Department, provide leadership in people acquisition &
retention, culture development, volunteer management, office maintenance and
administration
-
Manage staff
survey and develop plan to strengthen staff engagement
-
Facilitate
development of key role succession plan and organize talent development program
-
Develop staff
training and development initiatives to build staff competencies and skills
-
Partner with the
Global Office for the HRIS (Workday) implementation project
-
Ensure HR
policies and procedures are compliant to local laws and in alignment with World
Vision global polices
-
Lead the administration
team to maintain a safe and healthy workplace, provide office administration services
to internal users and logistic support to public events
-
Supervise the
administration team in performing premise and facilities management
-
Liaise with the Incorporated Owners and Management
Office for the office premise management matters
Job Requirements:
-
Degree holder
in Human Resources Management or related discipline
-
Minimum 12 years
of relevant working experience, of which 5 years in leading teams
-
Previous HR
experience in the NGO sector and premise management experience are highly
preferred
-
Well versed
with HK employment laws, knowledge of Macau employment laws is an added
advantage
-
Solid
experience in HRIS (MRC & Workday) is preferred
-
Strong people,
interpersonal and communication skills
-
Excellent proficiency
in written and spoken English and Chinese
-
A strong
passion to serve the poor and needy
-
On renewable
contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory
performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business
needs
