Senior Donor Services Supervisor (Donor Relations)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a small team to conduct proactive outbound calls (warm call) and follow-ups with donors, with an aim to strengthen donors’ commitment
  • Coach and empower teammates to uplift service quality
  • Maintain donors’ retention KPI and reduce attrition
  • Participate in the planning and implementation for donor retention activities
  • Occasionally support Hotline service and department events

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder with 5 years’ experience in customer services or call centre
  • Supervisory experience is preferred
  • Customer care mindset with effective communication and professional telephone handling skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and able to perform well under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
