Assistant Donor Services Officer (Donation Processing)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle donation transaction processing
  • Prepare donation receipt issuance
  • Input and update information of donors and donation records
  • Conduct follow-up calls with donors when necessary
  • Provide administrative support to Donation Processing Department

Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary or above with at least 3 years working experience, preferably in administrative support or customer services
  • Detail-minded, high quality awareness with accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with good performance might have chance to convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
