Assistant Donor Services Officer (Hotline)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and follow up hotline inquiries through various channels including phone calls, emails and faxes
  • Support outbound calls in effective and timely manner
  • Assist in donors’ retention activities in order to strengthen donors’ commitment
  • Support department and corporate functions while need

Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or above
  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer services / call centre
  • Customer-oriented with good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, sincere, detail-minded and well organized
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
  • Suitable candidate with more experience will be considered as Donor Services Officer
