Assistant Administrative Officer / Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support daily office administration duties including pantry and office supplies replenishment, office cleaning, stationery and furniture procurement, office equipment and facilities maintenance
  • Arrange daily schedule for outdoor document delivery to banks, post office and other organizations
  • Responsible for arranging donation boxes sending and collection, mailing system, telephone system
  • Update record and prepare related reports
  • Perform all rounded administrative duties to manage the operation of the office
  • Support reception duties when it is necessary
  • Outdoor working may be needed when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Holder of diploma or above
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, independent and high team spirit
  • A strong passion for serving the poor and needy
  • May need to work overtime occasionally
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered as Administrative Assistant
  • On renewable contract term for the initial two years. Candidates with satisfactory performance may convert to permanent employment afterwards based on business needs
