Hong Kong
  Marketing Manager  
 
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day fundraising activities and marketing/promotion programmes of the Marketing - Direct Response team (including Child Sponsorship campaigns, web promotions and emergency relief appeals)
  • Provide support, directions and guidance to staff in all direct response marketing, including branding, positioning, acquisition, retention, cultivation and relationship building with celebrities and channels
  • Work and support the management team in marketing initiatives and issues
  • Having a minimum working experience of 8 years in marketing management position
  • Strategic, analytical, detailed orientated with good sense of market trends and challenges
  • Good command of English, committed, responsive, presentable and ability to make sensible decisions

  Public Education Manager  
 
  • Manage and provide ministry direction to the team
  • Identify and cultivate relationship with students in different school sectors, to gain their understanding and support of the ministry
  • Deepen the knowledge of students on world poverty issues and encourage their participation to help the needy through talks, visits, famine activities, trips and other relevant campaigns
  • Degree holder with 8 years' management experience in education/ advocacy/ communication/ event management.
  • A passion for young people, education and a caring heart for the poor
  • Effective in relationship building with senior management in schools
  • Good command in English and Chinese
  • On renewable contract term

  Web Developer / Analyst Programmer  
 
  • Administer corporate website, hosting, maintenance and traffic analysis
  • Manage all aspects of web development and project management
  • Higher Diploma/Degree in IT related studies with 3-5 years' relevant experience
  • Solid experience in web development and project management
  • Proficient in Internet technology, html, asp, Java, Javascript, CSS, Flash, Tomcat, SQL Server
  • Experience in implementing Content Management System (CMS) is an added advantage
  • Good team player and self-initiative
  • On renewable contract term

  Church Relations Officer  
 
  • Responsible for the planning and implementation of World Vision's church ministry
  • Build relationship with Christian communities for cultivation of meaningful partnership
  • Visit, deliver talks and organize experiential activities and trips to churches and Christian organizations
  • University graduate with at least 5 years' working experience, preferably in church relations and supporting church activities
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • A self starter with a caring heart for the poor
  • May need to work on weekends and public holidays occasionally

  Communications Officer  
 
  • Provide quality and effective copywriting support for marketing and corporate communications
  • Work closely with user departments to facilitate creative development process
  • University graduate with 5 years' relevant experiences
  • Strong master of English copywriting
  • Passion and commitment to serve the poor, especially children

  Executive Officer  
 
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to executive office
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties
  • Support and handle ad hoc and special projects
  • University graduate with 3-5 years working experience, preferably with company secretary knowledge
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communications skills and hands-on computer literacy
  • Detailed minded and well organized, willing to serve and support other team members.

  International Ministry Officer  
 
  • Assess project proposals and make recommendation
  • Manage financial database and carry out data analysis
  • Monitor and evaluate projects
  • Bachelor Degree with 3 years working experience
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Good written and spoken English & fluent Mandarin
  • Passion and commitment to serve the poor, especially children
  • On renewable contract term

  Marketing Officer (Ref: DRM)  
 
  • Support the Marketing Manager on fundraising, donor acquisition & cultivation programmes
  • Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns, e.g. direct mails, TV, face to face, telemarketing, etc
  • Degree in Marketing with at least 3 years' solid working experience in direct marketing
  • Good command in written English & Chinese
  • Strong passion and committed to serve needy children

  Public Education Officer  
 
  • Visit primary schools and parent-teacher associations to build and cultivate relationship and promote our ministry
  • Deliver talks, design and implement educational campaigns & resources
  • Support famine activities, educational trips and other departmental duties
  • University graduate with at least 3 years of working experience in teaching or related profession
  • Strong self-motivation and conviction with a caring heart for the poor
  • On renewable contract term

  Assistant Donor Services Officer / Donor Services Officer (Ref: Hotline)  
 
  • Provide customer services and handle outbound / inbound calls to donors
  • Post-secondary education with customer services / call center working experience preferable
  • Customer-oriented with good telephone manner
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Detail-minded and well-organized
  • Candidate with more experience would be considered as Donor Services Officer
  • On renewable contract term

  Assistant Donor Services Officer / Donor Services Assistant (Ref: DP)  
 
  • Support donation processing and receipting in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Post secondary education with at least 3 - 4 years experience in data management, use of spreadsheets, customer services and/or operation support
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • An independent worker and strong team player who is able to meet tight time schedule
  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Donor Services Assistant
  • On renewable contract term

  Child Sponsorship Ambassador  
 
  • Promote Child Sponsorship program through telemarketing and promotion counters
  • Update donor database and reports
  • Pleasant, sincere and self-motivated
  • Fluent in verbal communication, willing to get in touch with people and talk to people
  • Passion and commitment to serve the poor, especially children
  • Working in weekends occasionally is required
