    We are looking for a committed professional to lead our Corporate Communication team.

    Specifically, the position would be responsible for:

    • developing and executing the organization's key communications plan and strategies
    • leading and managing groups of communication specialists, including media, digital & social media, publications, and marketing communication
    • developing strong working relationship with World Vision partner countries around the world
    • maintaining strong network and rapport with external partners, including the media

    Candidates should possess the following characteristics:

    • Resonate with World Vision's core values, mission, and vision,
    • A university graduate with great command of English and Chinese
    • A proven communications professional with at least 10 years in managerial positions
    • Strong network with media
    • Experienced in media management and brand building

  3. The purpose of this position is to provide the strategic and relationship expertise to lead and optimize fundraising activities in World Vision Hong Kong.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop strategies and implement integrated marketing activities in order to achieve income from corporate and major donors, events, relief and other fundraising products
    • Identify, build and manage the relationship with corporate donors, major donors and other working partners to optimize available opportunities
    • Steer the fundraising activities to cope with the changing market environment
    • Manage the planning process of annual strategic and operation plan for the team
    • Leverage the new tools, e.g. social media, new TV channels to achieve the business growth
    • Supervise the team and ensure all fundraising activities are handled professionally
    • Oversee budgets and costing for World Vision Hong Kong fundraising activities
    • Facilitate smooth communication and working relations with Communications and Donor Relations Department

    Requirements:

    • At least 8-year experience in Marketing and management
      Exposure to fundraising is a plus
    • Proven track record in achieving business results
    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in marketing or related field

  4. Job Responsibilities:

    • Obtain and evaluate information about industry and market trends, competitive threats and possible opportunities
    • Contribute research, analysis and ideas for developing the organization strategy to ensure that organisation initiatives are integrated and aligned with strategic goals and objectives
    • Prepare strategy papers and presentations to be made to the management and the board
    • Partner with the executive team to identify and develop the necessary processes and allocate resources for effective implementation of strategic plans
    • Monitor strategy and business plan implementation and advise on the follow-up as needed


    Requirements & Key competencies:

    • Degree holder with proven experience in strategy development and implementation
    • Good knowledge of the charity business and market context is preferred
    • Possess analytical mind and strong research skills
    • Strong leadership and presentation skills

  5. Job Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate board meetings, prepare agenda, meeting materials, minutes and correspondences in compliance with the laws
    • Advise on the compliance with corporate governance legal requirements and alignment with World Vision global governance guidelines
    • Coordinate board activities including board orientation and development programs, participation in conferences and project visits etc
    • Manage corporate policy administration and implementation


    Job Requirements and Key Competencies:

    • University degree holder
    • At least 3 years proven company secretarial / corporate governance experience
    • HKICS membership or equivalent is preferred
    • Excellent command of both written and verbal English and Chinese
    • Independent, well organized and detailed-oriented
    • On renewable contract term
    • Supervise the operation of income team
    • Ensure effective accounting operation for all kinds of donation
    • Liaise with bankers and services providers for donation collection channels
    • Support fundraising events and outdoor promotion audit
    • Prepare financial analysis and reports
    • ACCA/HKICPA final stage with degree in Accounting
    • At least 8 years working experience in Accounting including minimum 3 years at supervisory level
    • 1-2 years in CPA firm preferred
    • Good spoken & written English and Chinese
    • Good in Microsoft Office especially Excel at Advance level
    • Exposure in FlexAccount preferred but not a must

  6. Job Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with designers to develop effective creative concept and produce high quality content to support marketing and corporate campaigns and functions
    • Write feature articles to support the organisation's advocacy initiatives
    • Conduct field trip visit for collecting resources
    • Be the gatekeeper of communications materials in terms of accuracy and clarity


    Job Requirements and Key Competencies:

    • Good writing skills, copy crafting and creative sense
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
    • A good team player, with strong interpersonal / communication skills
    • Strong initiative and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Resources trip to developing countries is required
    • With a passion to serve the poor, especially children
    • On renewable contract term
    • Build and develop relationship with Christian communities for cultivation of meaningful partnership
    • Visit, deliver talks and organize experiential activities and trips with churches and Christian organizations to enhance their understanding of poverty and hunger
    • Prepare prayer letters, e-alerts to churches and related webpage materials
    • University graduate with at least 5 years of working experience, preferably in church relations or supporting church activities
    • Seminary education is an advantage
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
    • A self-starter with a caring heart for the poor
    • Occasionally work on weekends and public holidays is required

    • Administer massive sponsored child data sorting and screening
    • Follow up abnormal cases with oversea offices, or vice versa
    • Post-secondary education with at least 3 years working experience
    • Experience in sales administration with oversea offices is an advantage
    • Analytical, detail-minded and well organized
    • Good written and spoken English and Chinese

    • Process donation transactions and receipt preparation
    • Post secondary education or above
    • At least 2 years of data processing or related experience
    • Experience in using data processing system is an advantage

    • Provide customer services and handle outbound / inbound calls to donors
    • Post-secondary education with customer services / call center working experience preferable
    • Customer-oriented with good telephone manner
