Chief Operating Officer
- Develop and implement business strategy for the Hong Kong office
- Lead and coordinate the core functions of our operation - including fundraising, communications, donor service, and public education
- Build relationships with existing and new working partners and stakeholders to optimize available opportunities
- Speak for the poor among different public audience
- Develop and reach budgets, standards, and operational efficiency targets
- Identify with World Vision mission and core values in serving the poor
- A strong team leader with at least 10 years experience in senior management position, preferably in multinational organizations
- Proven track record in achieving business results and staff management
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, both internally and externally
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- Willing to travel occasionally

Marketing Officer (Ref: DRM)
- Support the Marketing Manager on fundraising, donor acquisition & cultivation programmes
- Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns, e.g. direct mails, TV, face to face, telemarketing, etc
- Analyse fundraising results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of fundraising programs
- Tertiary education in marketing or other related business discipline, with at least 3-5 years in direct marketing
- Self-motivated, detailed minded, result oriented and analytical
- Strong in coordination and communication
- Good command in written English & Chinese
- Passion and commitment to serve the poor, especially children

Communications Officer
- Provide Chinese copywriting for marketing and corporate communications functions, e.g. marketing materials, corporate brochures, video scripts, web contents, press release etc.
- University graduate in Communications, Journalism, Translation or related disciplines
- With at least 5 years of working experience in corporate and marketing communications, preferably in PR or advertising agency
- Good Chinese copywriting, crafting and media writing skills
- Proficiency in English copywriting is an advantage
- Creative and good media sense
- Strong passion to serve the poor

Programmer/Senior Programmer
- Responsible for website and web-based application development, maintenance, implementation and deployment
- Support website content maintenance and monitor the performance of websites
- Diploma holder or above in IT related studies with 2 years relevant experience
- Proficient in PHP, HTML, ASP, JavaScript, CSS, Flash, Tomcat, MS SQL Server and MySQL
- Experience in Joolma or other CMS is an advantage
- Able to work independently under tight deadline

Internal Auditor
- To review and make recommendations on internal control system and business processes
- To plan and execute operational audit, compliance audit, standard assurance programs, and improvement initiatives for effective corporate governance
- University graduate with CPA qualification (finalist with more audit experience will also be considered)
- Minimum 3 years external or internal audit working experience in sizable firm
- Strong analytical, organizing and report writing skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Able to work independently with good computer literacy; hands-on experience in Visio is desirable

- Assess proposals for development programs and manage financial database
- University graduate with 3-6 years working experience
- Strong analytical and numerical skills

- Deliver talk to children and youth
- Visit schools to build and cultivate relationship and promote World Vision ministry

- Fluency in verbal English communication required
- Strong conviction to serve children with a caring heart for the poor

- Data input for donation transactions and donor information
- Follow-up outbound calls with donors
- Handle filing and clerical duties
- Post-secondary education with at least 2 years clerical experience (with data input background preferred)
- Accurate data processing skills and good customer services manner

- Manage a small team to process donation payment transactions and follow-up outbound calls with donors

- Well organized, detail-minded, independent and good communication skills
