  1. The Marketing & Education Director is responsible for overseeing and managing key functions in the organization, including Marketing, Public Education and Corporate Communications. This role holds ultimate responsibility for the organizations fundraising activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Oversee Marketing, Public Education and Communications Departments
    • Responsible for the fundraising results and the quality of external communications in both marketing & corporate functions
    • Lead and manage the day-to-day fundraising activities and marketing promotion programs of the Marketing departments
    • Lead the Public Education Department to arouse the awareness of world poverty issues through education sectors and churches
    • Explore possibilities for initiatives in fundraising, public relations and educational campaigns
    • Build relationship with existing and new working partners and stakeholders to optimize available opportunities
    • Manage the planning process of yearly strategic and operation plan of the teams


    Requirements & Key Competencies:

    • A strong passion to serve the poor and needy
    • Degree holder with more than 10 years of management experience, preferably in marketing
    • Strategic, analytical, detailed orientated with strong sense of market trends and challenges
    • Strong relationship building capability and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent English and Chinese communications skills, both written and spoken
    • On renewable contract term
  2. The purpose of this position is to provide the strategic and relationship expertise to lead and optimize fundraising activities in World Vision Hong Kong.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop strategies and implement integrated marketing activities in order to achieve income from corporate and major donors, events, relief and other fundraising products
    • Identify, build and manage the relationship with corporate donors, major donors and other working partners to optimize available opportunities
    • Steer the fundraising activities to cope with the changing market environment
    • Manage the planning process of annual strategic and operation plan for the team
    • Leverage the new tools, e.g. social media, new TV channels to achieve the business growth
    • Supervise the team and ensure all fundraising activities are handled professionally
    • Oversee budgets and costing for fundraising activities
    • Facilitate smooth communication and working relations with Communications and Donor Relations Department


    Job Requirements & Key Competencies:

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in marketing or related field
    • At least 8-year experience in marketing, account servicing and management, exposure to fundraising is a plus
    • Proven track record in achieving business results
    • Strong relationship building capability
    • Strong analytical ability in evaluating results and recommending changes to strategies
    • Strong marketing sense and performance driven
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
    • A strong passion to serve the poor and needy

    • Assist in overseas guest reception
    • University graduate with 6 years working experience
    • Excellent English and Chinese communications skills, both written and spoken
    • Good at photo and video shooting and digital communications

  3. Job Responsibilities

    • Lead the media relations to maintain a good reputation as the voice of the poor in the public
    • Drive the media relations function and media strategy to enhance exposure in the public
    • Media enquiry handling and monitoring to respond to media enquiries promptly, with special attention to natural disasters and potential media crisis
    • Initiative to enhance overall organisation communications quality and effectiveness


    Job Requirements and Key Competencies:

    • Degree holder in Public Relations, Marketing Communications, Journalism or a related discipline
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience primarily in public relations related areas, with PR agency background is a plus
    • Substantial experience in dealing with the media, government departments and community organizations
    • Experience in managing media crisis in multinational corporation or public sector etc
    • Outstanding written and spoken communications skills in English and Chinese
    • Strong passion to serve the poor, especially the children
    • Outgoing and have good inter-personal skills
    • On renewable contract term
    • Handle donor's query / request with overseas project offices, or vice versa
    • Administer the child information update
    • Post-secondary education with at least 5 years of working experience, preferably in customer services or sales administration with overseas offices
    • Customer-oriented with good communication skills
    • Good command of English & Chinese
    • Detail-minded, well organized with good computer skills
    • Sensitive and tactful, with problem solving and analytical skills
    • Able to work independently and under pressure
    • On renewable contract term
    • (Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Donor Services Officer)
    • Provide customer services and handle outbound / inbound calls to donors
    • Post-secondary education with customer services / call center working experience preferable
    • Customer-oriented with good telephone manner
    • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
    • Detail-minded and well-organized
    • On renewable contract term
    • Candidate with more experience would be considered as Donor Services Officer
