We are seeking a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization and its strategies in delivering the organization’s ministry for bringing brighter futures to vulnerable children. Individuals who have a Christian calling to serve the poorest and save lives of children around the world are invited to apply. The candidate will need to demonstrate commitment to the mission and vision of World Vision Hong Kong and strong abilities in raising resources and building a broader base of influencers to join our cause in alleviating poverty.
Demonstrating executive competency, the candidate should be a leader of vision and integrity, be able to unleash potential of the team and to cultivate relationships and credibility with external stakeholders such as donors, community leaders, churches and the Government. Degree holders with extensive leadership experience in multi-cultural environment and with fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua are highly desirable. The CEO will need to travel for field project visits.

The Marketing & Education Director is responsible for overseeing and managing key functions in the organization, including Marketing, Public Education and Corporate Communications. This role holds ultimate responsibility for the organizations’ fundraising activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.
